Stephanie Halovanić is a Texan turned New Yorker who’s worked every job in an ad agency. Coming up at design studio Sagmeister & Wash, followed by 5 years in-house at Pinterest, Stephanie’s instincts for art direction and strong visuals create a unique backdrop for comedy. Her years as a copywriter for agencies like McCann and R/GA inspire her approach to comedic dialogue and pacing, as well as her strategic understanding of branding and business.

From Broad City’s Ilana Glazer to tennis icon Aryna Sabalenka, Stephanie is a comedy director with a knack for pairing great performances with unique visuals. For integrated video and photo work, she often collaborates with her sister Anne-Marie Halovanic, an award-winning commercial and fashion photographer.

Stephanie’s narrative projects include dark comedies like But Humble Sinners, The Key, and Zelvara.
